Once you’ve agreed to the proposal and selected your color, we will schedule a date to start your project. The first step is to make repairs to the concrete if needed. Next, we’ll lightly grind the concrete to prepare the surface so the new product will adhere properly. The base coat is generally an epoxy application, and if needed, a second coat of epoxy will be applied. While the epoxy is still wet, tiny color flake chips will be broadcasted to completely cover the surface. The flakes not only give the concrete a fresh look, but also provide a little texture. Once dry, we return to apply a tough polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat. The entire process takes about 2-3 days!
